Get off at the Granarolo terminus, a quiet hamlet characterized by small villas, forts and historic powder magazines and known for a fantastic unusual panorama over the city of Genoa.
From here begins an easy walk that takes you on the traces of the Roman road, the Via Postumia that connects Genoa to Aquileia in a distance of about 930 km. Descend along an ancient brick paving and reach Bolzaneto.
